If you have an exchange, microsoft 365, or outlook.com account, you can send a sharing invitation to other users so they can view your calendar in their own calendar list.
When You're Done, Click Ok To Share Your Calendar.
If a user shares their calendar, a shared mailbox calendar, or a resource mailbox calendar, and the recipient accepts using outlook on the web, outlook for ios, or outlook for android, they will start seeing these.
When You Share Your Calendar With Someone Inside Your Organization, They Will Be Able To Add It Directly To Their Calendar View In Outlook Or Outlook Web App.
